• You can find your purchase code in your Themeforest Account / Downloads. Just click on the "Download" button next to your item then select "License Certificate"

• Make sure to post your question under the correct file as many of our themes come in an HTML and WordPress version.


• Documentation! Theme documentation is located within your Themeforest package zip/documentation.


• We do not do customizations or troubleshoot third party plugins as part of support.


• We do assist with all theme features, troubleshoot bugs and assist with configuration.
